Our story
Started in 2019, our deep passion for modified car culture inspired us to create Black Label Invitational. Influenced heavily by the incredible automotive events we saw overseas — especially in Japan — we were determined to bring that same atmosphere and level of passion to Melbourne. What began as a vision shared by genuine enthusiasts has since grown into a platform that celebrates some of Australia’s top builds, brands and people within the automotive community.

Black Label Invitational is a celebration of craftsmanship, individuality and the people who drive Australian automotive culture forward. From meticulously built show cars and street-driven modified cars to industry-leading brands, photographers, filmmakers, creators and passionate enthusiasts, the event was created to bring every corner of the scene together under one roof.
Our goal has always been simple, to create an experience that feels premium, inspiring and unforgettable. Every detail, from the venue atmosphere to the carefully curated vehicle selection, is designed to showcase the highest level of automotive passion, creativity and culture.
